PATRICK CLANCY FACES A HEARTBREAKING VERDICT WAIT AS LEGAL INSIDERS WARN OF AN UNFORESEEN CRISIS IF LINDSAY IS FOUND GUILTY — WITH THE FATHER OF THEIR THREE CHILDREN NOW FORCED TO CONFRONT A DECISION THAT COULD SHATTER WHAT REMAINS OF HIS FAMILY

It’s not just  whose future hangs in the balance as the jury deliberates her fate in a  courtroom.

For her ex-husband Patrick Clancy, a guilty verdict could

After losing his three children in an unimaginable tᩚraɢedy, the most intimate details of his once-happy marriage, home and the final days of his family’s life have been dissected in front of the world.

Patrick, 38, has never wanted Lindsay, 36, prosecuted for the deaths of their three children, testifying in her defense in court and publicly defending her as a devoted and loving mother.

A guilty verdict would not only send Patrick’s ex-wife – the woman he once described as his soulmate and whom he has urged the world to forgive – to prison for life. It could also make it far harder for the people Patrick blames for the tᩚraɢedy to be held responsible.

Patrick is suing the healthcare providers who treated Lindsay in the months before the killings, alleging their failures contributed to his children’s deaths. They have denied the claims.

A legal expert told the Daily Mail that a guilty verdict would establish, in the eyes of the law, that Lindsay herself was criminally responsible for the deaths of Cora, Dawson and Callan.

This could seriously complicate Patrick’s $1 million civil lawsuit for wrongful dєatᩚh against her healthcare providers. A guilty verdict could also factor into future defamation lawsuits Patrick may bring against cruel trolls who have falsely blamed him for his children’s deaths.

Patrick has quietly rebuilt a new life for himself since Lindsay strangled the youngsters to dєath inside their quaint family home in Duxbury back in January 2023.

He divorced Lindsay, sold their family home and relocated to New York City and married a fertility specialist, all while publicly defending his ex-wife against critics who brand her a monster.

He insists she was driven to violence by a devastating postpartum mєntal health breakdown rather than any calculated cruelty.

Yet Patrick remains far from free of the emotional trauma, relentless public scrutiny and tangled legal implications stemming from his ex-wife’s triple murder trial.

Stephanie Pitcher, a Utah-based attorney and state senator who is not involved in the case, told the Daily Mail that Patrick has an enormous amount riding on the 12 jurors now deliberating at Plymouth Superior Court.

Patrick’s lawsuit, filed both individually and on behalf of his deceased children’s estates at Norfolk Superior Court in Mᴀssachusetts in January, accuses Lindsay’s medical providers of failing her when she desperately needed intervention.

If they had provided adequate care, it is likely that the ‘children would still be alive today,’ the legal document states.

According to Pitcher, a murder conviction against Lindsay would formally establish her accountability for the deaths, a fact healthcare providers could exploit in Patrick’s ongoing civil case.

That wouldn’t automatically doom his lawsuit entirely, she cautioned, but it would undeniably stack the legal odds against him.

‘Either outcome for him is going to be incredibly impactful, and something he’ll need to process and work through,’ said Pitcher, who owns Pitcher Law.

Despite the mounting stakes, Patrick has not appeared at the trial since he testified there at the end of July.

He was seen near his Midtown Manhattan apartment on Thursday around the time the jury began deliberating.

He was dressed casually in summer clothes and sunglᴀsses while carrying bags and a suit carrier.

One member of the Clancy family, speaking to the Daily Mail on condition of anonymity, said it remains unclear whether relatives will attend when the verdict is finally read aloud.

‘Obviously, this is a very hard time for everybody in the family,’ the relative said, choosing his words carefully.

‘So I’m not going to speak for anybody,’ he added, declining to reveal any further details about the family’s private plans.

Jurors are currently weighing whether , three-year-old Dawson and eight-month-old Callan inside their own home.

Lindsay has already admitted to strangling all three children with fitness bands, but insists she is not guilty of murder.

Her defense claims she was gripped by severe postpartum psychosis during the killings and did not understand the consequences of her actions.

Prosecutors reject that narrative, insisting instead that the killings were calculated and deliberate, carried out with chilling premeditation rather than a psycH๏τic break.

They allege Lindsay purposely sent Patrick out running errands that fateful night specifically to clear the house before she acted.

In the horrifying aftermath, Lindsay slit her own wrists and throat before leaping from a second-floor window, .

She has remained in custody or under court-ordered psychiatric care ever since.

Patrick moved out of the quiet Boston suburbs and into bustling Manhattan back in May 2023, months after his children were killed and has not visited Lindsay in hospital since the killings.

PH๏τos of Patrick with his new wife Rachel Danis, 37, a fertility doctor, first surfaced online the following February.

The family’s Duxbury home ultimately sold in May 2024, closing one painful chapter as Patrick pressed forward into an entirely different life.

Rachel eventually moved into Patrick’s Midtown apartment, and by late last year she was pH๏τographed wearing what looked like an engagement ring.

The couple married this past April in a small, intimate ceremony at Central Park’s famous Ladies Pavilion overlooking the lake, followed by a private gathering at nearby Sarabeth’s restaurant.

Patrick grew emotional as he took the stand to testify in his ex-wife’s trial last month

Yet the newlyweds have found no real refuge from Lindsay’s trial, even hundreds of miles away in New York City.

A groundswell of online sympathy for Lindsay has fueled vicious accusations from total strangers claiming Patrick somehow failed his troubled ex-wife.

Some of the uglier viral posts have gone even further, baselessly suggesting Patrick somehow played a role in the children’s deaths.

Both he and Rachel have reportedly received dєatᩚh threats, with personal details posted publicly as part of a sustained harᴀssment campaign.

Patrick’s attorney has pushed back forcefully against online commentators, publicly branding their unfounded claims as both false and defamatory.

Pitcher believes Patrick genuinely has a strong sH๏τ at winning defamation lawsuits against his most vocal, reckless online critics.

‘It’s really quite fascinating the way that these dark corners of the internet have had such a grasp on this case,’ she said.

‘I’ve really not seen anything quite like it, where these types of clearly unfounded rumors have taken such a hold on a case, especially such a high-profile one,’ Pitcher added.

‘I don’t think anybody deserves what he’s been experiencing.’

Pitcher predicts public interest will likely ‘dissolve’ once the verdict is announced, freeing the couple to resume something resembling an ordinary life.

Despite everything, Patrick has ‘done the best that he can do in the situation and spoken his truth,’ Pitcher said.

In Plymouth, a jury of nine women and three men entered their second day of deliberations Friday in a case gripping the entire nation.

Lindsay’s attorney Kevin Reddington told reporters outside court that she is feeling ‘very sad and scared’ while anxiously awaiting the verdict.

She faces three counts of first-degree murder, a charge carrying a mandatory sentence of life in prison without any possibility of parole.

But jurors also have the option of finding her guilty of the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter, which carries a significantly lower sentence.

If jurors find her not guilty by reason of lacking criminal responsibility, state law would likely require further psychiatric evaluation and commitment to a state hospital.

💔 STELLA PARTON BREAKS HER SILENCE — What She Said About Dolly’s Health Has Fans Looking Back

Dolly Parton’s Sister Breaks Silence What Really Happened - GMT - G1

Stella Parton was born May 4, 1949, the sixth of twelve children raised by Robert Lee and Avie Lee Parton in Sevierville, Tennessee — a household defined by noise, limited money, and almost no privacy, the kind of environment that produced strong, determined personalities.

Stella was one of them.

By seven, she was appearing alongside her older sister Dolly on a Knoxville television program; by her teens, she was writing her own songs, though marriage and motherhood pulled music to the margins of her life for a stretch.

The dream never fully disappeared.

Stella Parton

In 1967, she recorded a gospel album with her mother and sisters, and later worked clubs in Washington, D.C., before founding her own record label in 1975 and releasing “I Want to Hold You in My Dreams Tonight,” which climbed to number nine on the country charts.

Long before any of that commercial success, Stella had already shown a willingness to take positions others avoided.

At 26, amid backlash against Australian singer Olivia Newton-John for winning recognition in country music, Stella recorded “Ode to Olivia” in her defense — a stand that offered her no career benefit and real risk of criticism, but one she took anyway simply because she believed staying silent was the wrong choice.

That instinct defined the rest of her career: hits like “The Danger of a Stranger” and “Steady as the Rain” (written by Dolly) built a genuine, independent following, including in the U.K., while Stella also worked in New York theater and spoke openly, often controversially, about poverty, domestic violence, and the treatment of women in the music industry.

She was named the Christian Country Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year in 2004.

Through all of it, she remained defined publicly, more often than not, as simply “Dolly’s little sister” — a label she spent five decades quietly proving didn’t tell the full story.

That same directness is why her comments in the fall of 2025 carried real weight.

Stella had never positioned herself as the family’s image manager or spokesperson; she was, by reputation, someone who believed difficult truths shouldn’t stay hidden indefinitely.

What she described wasn’t dramatic or accusatory — it was a portrait of a woman who had spent years prioritizing everyone else’s needs over her own.

The context mattered.

Carl Dean, Dolly’s husband of nearly sixty years, died in March 2025 at 82, after a long illness during which Dolly had devoted herself almost entirely to his care.

She later acknowledged that in the process, she’d neglected her own health significantly.

The loss reverberated through the whole extended family — the Partons had lost three brothers in the years surrounding this period, compounding grief that, for a family that had once crowded twelve children into a single small home, meant losing pieces of a shared childhood one after another.

Stella herself went seven years without releasing new music during this stretch, later describing the period simply as one shaped by sorrow, while still speaking about the importance of finding moments of laughter within it.

Looking back, one moment reads very differently in hindsight than it did at the time: in late September 2025, Dolly postponed her planned Las Vegas residency, citing health challenges — a rare cancellation for a performer whose six-decade career had included very few of them.

At the time, most fans treated it as a minor, temporary setback.

Stella’s later reflections suggested the signs had actually been building for some time, visible to family in ways the public smile made easy to miss.

That concern crystallized publicly not long after, when Dolly’s younger sister Frieda posted a simple request on Facebook asking fans to pray for Dolly.

What looked at first like an ordinary, well-meaning gesture spread rapidly, sparking widespread speculation about how serious Dolly’s condition actually was.

Dolly herself responded directly within days, appearing in a video from a Grand Ole Opry commercial shoot, insisting with her familiar humor that she wasn’t finished yet — the now widely remembered “I ain’t dead yet” moment that briefly quieted public concern.

In the months that followed, the pattern repeated: reassuring updates about kidney stones, dehydration, and treatment, paired with continued work on new projects, right up until Dolly Parton’s death on August 25, 2026, at 80.

Looking back across that full timeline — the postponed residency, the family’s public worry, Stella’s own account of a sister who consistently deprioritized her own wellbeing — it becomes easier to see what the people closest to Dolly understood well before the rest of the world did: that the warmth and resilience the public saw every time she appeared on camera came at a real, largely invisible cost.
